Sessions can be one-to-one by the hour, or in intensive 2 hour or 4 hour session plans – with homework and goals – organically building a toolbox specifically for you. Sessions can take place at my practice in 30 Wicklow Street Dublin 2 – or in your office. Sessions can be targeted for a specific situational issue – or can be general to discuss your overall experience and performance, and desired outcomes.
